SAKTA 4x4 Jamboree will be held on the 21-22 Nov 09. This SAKTA Jamboree is to bring all four wheel drive enthusiasts and owners with the ultimate aim to experience the 200++ KM off road adventure, through the abandoned timber tracks in the Rayu/Sampadi/Biawak in the Lundu District, northern tip of Borneo in the state of Sarawak. Thus, driving through the unpredictable weather condition would make this event more challenging and adventurous. This 2 day and 1 night event would keep participants together, sharing experiences, interacting through fellowship with other four wheel drive car owners and enhance team building as well as educating new comers to understand the capability and limitations of their machines at the same time to enjoy what nature has to offer. This will also helps bring awareness to our younger generation the importance of preserving the environment whilst using the 4x4 vehicles. This event is NOT A COMPETITION. It is open to all 4-wheel Drive vehicle owners and their families. The supreme authority on this event will be officially appointed by SAKTA or the Organizer. The Organizing Chairman will head the event committee and members will include the Route Recce, Scouts, Press, Publicity and liaison officer
